Saima is not great at expressing their need for attention from time to time. Which means they don’t do it at all and tends to let their needs fester until they get really sad because of it. And sometimes that leads to a quiet burning need but feeling hopeless as to where and how to seek that out. 

So yeah – they are not very communicative about their wants and they pay the price for that. 

1. a trait they’re ashamed of

They are embarrassed of how damn secretive that they’ve had to be for so long that it feels like they don’t know if anyone will ever actually know them. They are so good at keep people away at a comfortable distance, that letting anyone close enough to see a lot more of them feels way too alien for them to be bothered with. 

And the streak towards apathy doesn’t really help matters either.
