“It means that I suppose it’s not surprising that you gave up on consistency when your circumstances are comparatively quite different. It’s just not realistic to expect the same things out of people who resulted in very different statuses – being all over the place versus very contained. Naturally, it results in not being able to expect consistency in any way. Varying ways of growing up I guess lead to varying perspectives. ”
